I have not stopped blogging…I promise! It’s just been rough….
1st: I am still trying to recover from vacation…yes, I said recover
2nd: Monday & Tuesday were rough Monday, my grandmother picked up our cats from the vet where they had been boarded while we were on vacation and she found out her cat Missie’s kidney failure had gotten rapidly worse (she has been in kidney failure for a few years but had been “fine” until the last few weeks). We knew she didn’t have long…yesterday, Tuesday, we had to have her put to sleep…we knew it was time…so yeah, rough is an understatement. But…we can take comfort in knowing she is feeling much better now; she isn’t sick and hurting anymore. Thank God for helping us through this (you fellow pet parents understand) but we are actually already recovering…a lot better than I expected!
