What I’m [reading]: “Going Rogue-An American Life” by Sarah Palin
What I’m [also reading]: haha…I am reading different things…well, technically I am about to start reading-“Spoken from the Heart” by Laura Bush and “Home-A Memoir of My Early Years” by Julie Andrews…..I like reading books about and by people I admire and like:)
What I’m [eating]: Lately? Everything I could find…but hey! I was on vacation:) Right now? A delicious salad with lettuce, spinach, eggs, bacon bits, croutons, and honey mustard dressing…and a baked potato-turned-mashed potato…with butter and sour cream:)
What I’m [hearing]: air conditioners..Thank God!:)…the TV-Fabulous Cakes on Food Network…..$3000 for a Sweet 16 cake?! Those are some gorgeous cakes though:)
What I’m [writing]: well, (typing) this blog…lol…and if filling out form after form counts as writing, then I am writing those too:)
What I’m [missing]: the beach….but at least I’m back at home with my cat Izzie:)
What I’m [loving]: MY FAMILY! MY FRIENDS!
What I’m [googling]: Usually, if I am googling, I am looking for coloring pages for the Sunday School lessons for 5 & 6 year olds:)
What I’m [watching]: currently? Cake Boss:) regularly? hmm…this could be a long list…but to name a few: Ice Road Truckers, Police Women of Memphis, Rachael Ray, Project Runway, HGTV Design Star…I said just a few, didn’t I? lol
What I’m [surprised about]: I am surprised at how much work it is to get an Out-of-State Teaching License for Tennessee….there are the forms for the application itself…then there are the forms for the College transcripts…then the forms for school districts to fill out for the Teacher Experience Verification…and then the Praxis scores…and then….whew! I am already tired just thinking about having to fill out all of these forms… but it will be worth it if it helps me get a teaching job next year!
What I’m [wondering]: Why in the world is a mosque being allowed to be built at Ground Zero, the site where some Muslim terrorists flew two planes into the Twin Towers and wounded and killed thousands of people?!?!?! This just doesn’t make sense….it is like they are honoring the terrorists, not the lives that were lost due to the terrorists. OK…so at the moment, that is all I am wondering…
