Sometimes it is good to stop and think about what we are thankful for. Life gets hectic and sometimes it seems like everything is falling apart. But there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for, no matter how small. So, here is what I am thankful for (apparently, health and wellness was the theme today).
I am thankful for good health – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I am thankful to be able to run and to work out, to hike, and to kayak.
Speaking of health, I am thankful that, up until she developed the heart condition, my grandmother was a pretty healthy person. She worked well into her seventies.
Lastly, I am thankful to have my mom as a gym partner 🙂
