This week’s topic: quick reads! I’ll be quite honest…I had to do some research on this. I don’t know that I’ve ever read a book in a day, but that’s just because I usually don’t have enough free time in a day to do that much reading. But according to “the Google”, these are quick reads. I’m only listing those that I have read, or that I’m interested in.

The ending of Of Mice and Men made me mad, too!
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday post.
It should have/could have ended differently!
Steinbeck in general makes me mad, so I don’t blame you about Of Mice and Men.
Before the Coffee Gets Cold is a very sweet (and sometimes sad) story. I hope you enjoy it when you read it!
Happy reading! My TTT: https://bookwyrmknits.com/2024/02/06/top-ten-tuesday-favorite-novellas/
I do agree about Steinbeck.
I just read We Have Always Lived In The Castle a few days ago. I am hoping to read Before The Coffee Gets Cold soon, just waiting on my library hold to come in.
I hope my library has both of these. I need to check and see.
I have not read any of these. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week!
You too!
Reading People sounds intriguing. Happy reading. My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/top-10-short-books/
I thought so too!
I really want to read a quick book to get out of my current reading slump! Thank you for the suggestions.
You’re welcome! Hopefully you will find one you like!
Normal People is so good, I definitely recommend it. And then watch the series, which is really good too.
