Sunday Social – 2014 Week #1

1. Do you plan to change any of your eating habits in the new year?
     I do plan to eat healthier. I’m not going to say I will go on a diet because that just seems
     like I’m setting myself up for failure

2. Any workout tips to get us back in shape after the Holidays?
     no…but I am definitely open to some ideas!

3. What is your favorite thing you did over the Holidays?
     Spend time with family & friends, eat, went to the movies (A Madea Christmas,
       Frozen…more than once:)

4. What is something you hope that you accomplish in 2014 that you did not in 2013?
     Weight loss…again, not going to say, diet…
   
5. Name 3 things happening this year you are excited about and why.

    Folly Beach vacation (I get excited every year)….it’s the beach!
    {ok…that’s all I’ve got….for now} 🙂
