It’s the last Saturday of the month so it’s time for another “bonus” post. Jennifer from Overcome With Thankfulness has taken over “Share 4 Somethings” and hosts the link-up every last Saturday.
What we are here for: Something I Loved, Something I Read, Something I Learned & Something I Ate.

the things we have going on at church. Now, I know I talked about being busy and tired but these things are good. We have a recovery program every week; we recently had a gospel singing (you know, for those folks that like that kind of thing); and, then this past weekend, we had a Ladies conference. Those three are just a few of many things we have going on, but I love that we can have these things that everyone can enjoy, community included!

that it doesn’t take much for a blister to get infected. I don’t think mine did but I think it was dangerously close. That blister happened during a 10-mile run last weekend, but wearing shoes the next day worsened it. It is what it is and thankfully it is 99% better now! It hasn’t gone away yet but it isn’t an issue, and I can wear shoes without a bandaid now.

Your food looks delicious! And I”m thankful you’ve found a church you love! It’s so important to have a community of believers! I am glad I stopped by! I hope your August is as wonderful as July!!! And 10 miles! Man, that’s a run!!!!
Your food pics are making me hungry! And that blister looks very painful–I’m glad it’s mostly better now. 🙂
