It’s the last Saturday of the month, and the first “last Saturday” of the year. It’s time for the “bonus” Saturday post! I’m linking up with Jennifer from My Joyful life. She hosts the link-up every last Saturday.
It is a new year, and that means new prompts:) Now, let’s get to what we are here for: some things I loved, some things I learned, some things that went well & some things I let go of.

LOVED
Snow!

The Inauguration!

LEARNED
According to “JoshfromEngland“, Brits do not (or maybe, did not…) rinse the soap off of their dishes after they wash them.
WENT WELL
So, the carport/garage cleanout situation has been on-going for a while. The carport has now been cleaned off! The few things that remain are things that have somewhere to go (not here…just pending “relocation”) or are things we use.
LET GO OF
This goes along with the carport cleanup…I was able to let go of some things that I kept because I thought I would need it again. Finally being able to let them go sure made the cleanup easier LOL.

*linking up with Jennifer for “Share 4 Somethings”.

I did mine with the wrong prompts! I’ll fix it for next time. My SIL keeps telling me to rinse the dishes when washing up, which I have all my life and never heard of anyone not doing this but she is adamant that white Australians don’t, presumably inherited from the Brittish….so you’ve picked a sore spot with me and I would yell from the sink at you if you were here 😉 #ShareFourSomethings
Your snow photos are so pretty!
Thank you!
Your snow pictures are very pretty! I am uncertain why they wouldn’t rinse the soap off?! To me all the food when then taste like soap reside. Thanks for sharing!
LOL he actually had that realization as he was talking about it, that his food does taste like soap. I guess he had never thought about it.
