I don’t have trips planned (for summer) so honestly, I don’t have anything exciting on my summer bucket list but I do have a few things that I would like to accomplish so I’m making them part of the list.
(1) successfully grow tomatoes and banana peppers
(these were taken in the rain but you get the picture)

(2) continue to increase the distances I run. However, as summer progresses, the heat
and humidity will get worse but if I can survive that, surely a 25K trail run in October
and a Half in December will be easy😤

I give you credit for continuing to stretch your distance even in the heat and humidity. I find my will to exercise just peters off when it gets hot.
Thanks! HA! It's definitely no fun but I do try to get up earlier on my long run day so that I can beat the worst of the heat…but not necessarily the humidity though:/
