people who are able to happily function in the Southern heat and humidity. Last
week, we had temperatures in the mid to upper 90s, with heat indices between
105-115 (no lie!!). I got angry everytime I had to go outside for even the simplest
of tasks. Maybe it is the fact that I’m getting older but I don’t remember the heat
making me angry before.

I don't run, but I definitely need some new gym shoes! It's been years – it's crazy!
I hate being hot too; I'm so ready for Fall!

I can see how those kinds of temperatures would make you want fall. Here, it can be uncomfortably hot at times, but given what winter has in store for us (sooooo long and cold!), fall makes me kinda sad… Hang in there with the heat!
Gym shoes are right up there with running shoes…expensive! ha!
Kind of funny – hot, hot and more hot…make me want to buy shoes for running!! Made me smile:) I love the hot…but I do not run in it. Or ever run, for that matter! Fall is coming…..
We just got home from North Carolina and I absolutely felt that way about the heat! (and we were told it was unusually cool the week were there).
