Our topic for this week is books set in another time. These can be historical, futuristic, alternate universes, or even in a world where you’re not sure when it takes place but you just know it’s not now. I’m going to go with books set in a historical time, but narrowing it down to the 19th century.

1. Gone with the Wind – Margaret Mitchell

2. The Painted Girls – Cathy Marie Buchanan

3. The American Heiress – Daisy Goodwin

4. The Gods of Gotham – Lyndsay Faye

5. Belgravia – Julian Fellowes

6. The Flower Boat Girl – Larry Feign

7. The Personal Librarian – Marie Benedict

8. The Cotillion Brigade – Glen Craney

9. Finding Grace and Grit – Khristeena Lute

10. A Ballad of Love and Glory – Reyna Grande

Gone With the Wind was an interesting read.
I love historical fiction, especially when it’s set in the 19th and 20th Centuries. I’ve only read GONE WITH THE WIND from your list, but several of these others are on my TBR list.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Someday I’ll read Gone with the Wind. I’m scared of how big it is.
