This week’s topic: May flowers. I could have gone several different directions with that (flowers on the cover, flower names in the title), but I chose to do characters with floral names:)

1. Finding Me – Viola Davis
(viola)

2. The Naturalist’s Daughter – Tea Cooper
(rose)

3. Harry Potter series – J.K. Rowling
(narcissa)

4. Anne of Avonlea – L.M. Montgomery
(lavender)

5. The Great Gatsby – F. Scott Fitzgerald
(daisy)

6. Hunger Games series – Suzanne Collins
(katniss, primrose)

7. The Secret Life of Bees – Sue Monk Kidd
(lily)

8. Dear Sweet Pea – Julie Murphy
(sweet pea)

9. The Dollhouse – Fiona Davis
(rose)

10. Extraordinary – Miriam Spitzer Franklin
(pansy)

Bonus: Keeping Up Appearances (not a book but a British sitcom that I love)
(hyacinth, rose, daisy, violet)

Viola is such a pretty name.
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
Yes it is!
OH my gosh, I used to watch Keeping Up Appearances with my mom and it’s so funny. We still joke about Hyacinth all the time
Love all the flower names but Lavender is so pretty.
omg! My mom and I are the same way!
I love how you included Keeping Up Appearances! Hyacinth is such a fun character.

As I was thinking of floral character names, all 4 of the sisters’ names came to mind, and even though it isn’t a book (that I could find), I couldn’t not include it! I love that show, and her!
Flower names are always popular! My name is associated with a flower and one of my daughter’s first and middle names are both flowers. She always joked that her name was Flower Flower Jensen. LOL
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

I love Anne of Avonlea. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/top-10-books-with-flowers-on-the-cover/
Great choices! I’m a huge Harry Potter fan. I listened to Viola Davis’ audiobook a couple of months ago, and it was very good.
