Those shoes do look comfy! I’ve been looking for some slip ons for this time of year since it’s still too cold for flip flops.
I did have a hard time finding them online in my size but I did finally find them. If you would like to search for them, they are Uggs Cas Leather Slip-On Sneakers. (I’m pretty sure that was their exact description but the style name is definitely correct.)
