I found this linkup last year and loved it…and, I don’t have enough running-themed posts. So, here are my run confessions for January.
I runfess… that since my 12.5K trail run on January 6th, I haven’t run until this past week. The first week was an intentional break, but the second was not. The roads were icy…all…week…long!
I runfess… that I enjoyed being back out on the road running again this past week! I even planned a run in the rain. Yes I knew it was going to rain but I wanted to run, so I did it…and it was also dark LOL
I runfess… that race season 2024 has started up and I’m ready for it!
