It’s the last Wednesday of the month so I’m linking up with Shaeffer & Shay for What’s Up Wednesday!
This week is a strange one. We had the eye wall from Tropical Storm Olga hit my little town Saturday a little after noon. (I live in the very top part of MS and the eye wall stayed intact for ~317 miles). It looks like a war zone in our little town from all of the downed trees and power lines but thankfully, our house is fine (others were not as blessed) and we are all fine. We are still without power but still thankful to have a roof over our heads.
UPDATE: After 71 hours, we have power again!

|What I’m Loving…| how people have come together to help others. After our town was hit by Olga, neighbors helped neighbors; restaurants and individuals provided food for the workers; and individuals offered food, showers, and “charging” (for phones). 
|What I’ve Been Up To…| 5K-ing this past weekend. Thankfully, the rain held off until the end and it was a successful morning. Then, by afternoon, it was storm clean-up. |What I’m Dreading…| nothing! It’s fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and wintertime!
