Weekend Update [3.3.25]

It was a productive weekend!

Friday

After work, my mom and I headed to Lowe’s to get mulch. We were also going to get flowers but the weather decided it was going to get down into the 20s again so we decided to wait another week.

Saturday

I was up early, fed the cats, and headed out for a 2.5-mile run.

Once I got back, it was time to sit and relax for a little bit while reading from the Bible Recap. After that, it was time for coffee and breakfast and watching Elementary.

Once we finished breakfast, we got dressed and went outside to do some much-needed yard work, and get the camping cots cleaned and aired out.

It all took a few hours but a lot was accomplished. After that, I had a few things to do before church the next morning, so I got that finished too. In the middle of all of that, I did laundry, got a shower, and ate supper.

It was a tiring but very productive day. It is nice to have that much done!

Sunday

Sunday morning was like most…great Sunday School, great worship, a big group in Children’s Church, and as always, a great great word from our Pastor.

After church, my mom and I grabbed a quick bite to eat and then headed to see our local symphony orchestra perform tunes from the last 100 years, in celebration of the Coliseum’s Centennial Celebration.

After the symphony’s performance/celebration, we spent the rest of the day relaxing and preparing for the work week.

Happy Monday!
